What we can do for you.

Home Staging Consultation

Do you need to get your property ready to sell on the market or want your home to be your Haven? 

Maybe you are a Home Owner, House Flipper, DIYer or Realtor.  Whether your house is occupied or unoccupied we can get your home properly staged creating an environment that allows the buyer to “Feel They Are Home”.

We will go through the entire house and discuss needs: design, aesthetics, and functionality.  Based on where your priority is, we start there.  Through this, we will create an easy to follow checklist to begin the process of selling your Home or designing your Haven.  We will then organically go through the home, as time and money allows, to create the space you have always wanted!

Occupied

Initial fee of $125 to meet:  We will go in and do a comprehensive review of the home to determine what changes would be most beneficial for you to receive top dollar upon the sale of your home. 

After reviewing the home, we will create a “To Do List”.  You, the home owner, can then decide how much of the changes (if any) you would be willing to do.  We can help with this process if needed. 

At this point, a Home Staging Agreement would be drawn up.  This would then be a flat fee based on the number of rooms, décor items, furniture needing to be brought in, movers and work hours required to finish staging the home.  When the home is cleaned and ready, we will begin the staging process.  We will utilize some of your furniture and décor, but bring in what is needed to finish up each space specified in the proposal.

Unoccupied

Initial fee of $75 to meet:  After a comprehensive review of the home, we will send you a Home Staging Agreement that will entail the agreed upon rooms to be staged and the flat fee associated will that agreement.  If you choose to use us for home staging, the $75 fee will be taken off of the final price for staging the home.

Once the Home Staging Agreement is signed and the home has been cleaned, we will begin the staging process on the agreed upon date listed in the contract.

Personal Shopping Service

Hourly rate of $45:  Purchasing needed items, pickup, delivery and install.

Holiday Décor

Hourly rate of $60:  We will come into your home and use your existing holiday décor to create a festive and inviting space for all to enjoy!  We can supplement where needed with new items purchased by the home owner or if you prefer, we can do the shopping for you!

Design Home Consultation

Recreating your space: 

Initial fee of $125 to meet: After doing a comprehensive review of the home, we will determine what changes would work best for functionality and design of the space.  We will then write up a “To Do List”.  You can then decide whether or not you would like to attack some or all of the projects yourself, give you a recommendation for workers to be brought in or you can have us handle hiring and overseeing the contractors for a fee.

Hourly rate of $60: You can prioritize where you would like to start and we will begin there.  This can be something we attack all at once or we can work with the homeowner as time and money allows.

In a fresh and new way, we will utilize what you have and supplement with new items to bring about an updated and stunning new space that will be inviting, functional and beautiful!

This will entail: Choosing paint colors, Redesigning Rooms, Furniture, Art, Rugs, Lighting, Décor, Organizing, House Layout, and Overseeing Contractor Installations.
